Privacy Policy

NobodyWho is an on-device inference engine. Our product is built around the principle that user data should never leave the device, and this website is held to the same standard. We do not use cookies, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share any data we collect.

Who we are

This site is operated by NobodyWho, headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark. For privacy-related questions or to exercise your rights under the GDPR, contact us at info@nobodywho.ai.

What we collect

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly, EU-hosted analytics service, to understand aggregate traffic patterns. Plausible runs without cookies and without any client-side storage. The data Plausible records is limited to:

• Page URL visited
• HTTP referrer
• Browser, operating system, and device type (derived from the User-Agent header)
• Country (derived from the IP address; the IP is not stored)

Plausible generates a daily, rotating, non-reversible hash to count returning visitors within a 24-hour window. The hash cannot be used to identify or track individuals across days. No personal data is collected, and no profile is built about you.

Server logs

The site is served by Netlify. Netlify processes standard request information (including IP addresses) for the purpose of delivering the site, preventing abuse, and security monitoring. We do not retain or analyse these logs ourselves.

Cookies

This site does not set any cookies and does not use localStorage, sessionStorage, or any other client-side persistence for tracking. Because of this, no cookie consent banner is required under the ePrivacy Directive.

Legal basis

The aggregate, non-personal analytics described above are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in understanding how the site is used so we can improve it. Service delivery via Netlify is processed under contractual necessity (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, or erase personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Because we do not collect data that identifies you, we are usually unable to link any data to a specific individual; this also limits our ability to act on access or erasure requests for analytics data. You can email info@nobodywho.ai with any request.

If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish supervisory authority, Datatilsynet, or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when changes were made. Material changes will be announced on the site.
