NobodyWho Eyes collects no personal data. All AI processing happens on your Apple Vision Pro. Nothing you say or type ever leaves your device. We have no servers, no accounts, no analytics.
1. Who we are
NobodyWho Eyes is developed and distributed by NobodyWho. NobodyWho is an inference engine that lets you run LLMs locally and efficiently on any device.
This Privacy Policy applies solely to the NobodyWho Eyes application available on the Apple App Store for Apple Vision Pro (visionOS). It does not apply to any other products or services we may offer.
2. Information we collect
We collect nothing. The table below documents every category of data and its handling:

The AI model file is downloaded once over Wi-Fi from Hugging Face. This download is a one-way transfer of a static file — we do not log your identity, IP address, or device identifiers in connection with this download beyond what Apple's App Store infrastructure inherently processes (see Apple's privacy policy for details).
3. How the app works
NobodyWho Eyes runs a language model entirely on the Apple Vision Pro processor. When you type or dictate a message, your input is processed on the Apple Vision Pro chip, a response is generated on the Apple Vision Pro chip, and the result is displayed on your Apple Vision Pro screen.
At no point in this chain does any data travel over a network. There are no API calls to external AI services, no relay servers, and no logging infrastructure. The network adapter of your Apple Vision Pro is not used during AI inference.
Once the AI model is downloaded, the app functions with no internet connection whatsoever. You can use it on a plane in airplane mode, in a remote wilderness, or anywhere without cellular or Wi-Fi coverage.
4. Data sharing & third parties
We share no data with any third party, because we collect no data to share. There are no advertising SDKs, analytics platforms, or data brokers involved in the operation of this app.
The only third-party relationship relevant to this app is Apple, which distributes the app through the App Store and processes your App Store purchase. Apple's data practices are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, rent, license, or trade any user data. We have no data to sell.
5. Children's privacy
NobodyWho Eyes does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). Since we collect no personal data whatsoever, no special handling is required — though parents should be aware that, like any general-purpose AI assistant, the app's outputs may occasionally be unsuitable for young children.
6. Security
Because your data never leaves your device, traditional concerns about server-side data breaches, unauthorized access, or data interception in transit do not apply to NobodyWho Eyes.
Data stored on your Apple Vision Pro (such as saved conversations, if you choose to retain them) is protected by Apple's on-device encryption and is subject to your device's passcode and biometric protections.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including access, correction, deletion, or portability of personal data. Because NobodyWho Eyes holds no personal data about you on any server, there is nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete on our end.
Any conversations or data stored locally on your device can be deleted by uninstalling the app from your Apple Vision Pro, or by clearing app data through visionOS settings. This is entirely within your control.
8. Data retention
We retain no user data. Any conversations stored on-device persist only as long as you choose to keep them. Uninstalling the app removes all app data from your Apple Vision Pro.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we ever make material changes — particularly any change that would result in us collecting data that we currently do not — we will notify you prominently within the app.
Your continued use of NobodyWho Eyes after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
